Projector home theatre, full chef's kitchen, dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking — rare this close to downtown. Heritage building outside, modern interior within. Steps from Strathcona Park, Chinatown, and standout local spots (Sopra Sotto, Say Mercy!, Livia Bakery, Sing Sing). Walking distance to Nora Hendrix Way and the historic footprint of Hogan's Alley. 15 minutes to downtown, Gastown, Granville Island, and Stanley Park. A personal note: this is my own suite. I usually live here myself and I am often away travelling, so you are staying in a real, lived-in home — not an anonymous rental. You may notice a few personal touches, and some of my own items stored away (for example in part of the freezer or a cupboard). The suite is fully cleaned and prepared for you before every stay.

*Parties are Forbidden! Quiet hour after 10PM, we have elderly neighbors with grand kids. *Private free off-street parking space available behind the house. Please do not leave anything inside the car to protect your valuables. *Security Cameras Outside of the house, and facing outside for safety and security of the guests. Your privacy is our priority, we DO NOT have any camera inside, or any kind of monitor & surveillance inside or facing inwards.

La suite était propre et l'environnement était sûr et calme. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était disponible à l'intérieur. La salle de bain, en particulier la lunette des toilettes, était géniale. Le projecteur a bien fonctionné pour nous. Le centre-ville était proche de notre suite. Je leur donnerai 9/10 Suite was clean and environment was safe and quiet. There was everything available inside we needed. The washroom specifically toilet seat was awesome. The projector worked well for us.Downtown was close to our suite. I will give them 9/10
